I acknowledge that Ice-Tech Training Centre JPE Inc., and its directors or instructors will not be held responsible or liable for any accident or loss, however caused, and agree to release Ice-Tech from all damages or claims which may arise as a result of such accidents or loss. I hereby give permission to seek out any medical assistance my child (adult) may require while attending the program. Helmets (hockey style is best) are mandatory for Tots, Preschool, Learn To Skate and Power Skating. A face guard is also recommended. Helmets are also recommended for Figure Skating and all Adults (even adults in the Parents & Tots program).
NEW: Effective January 8, 2012
Ice-Tech and its managers and staff may insist on a helmet based on skill assesment and therefore a helmet may become mandatory. This is at the sole discretion of Ice-Tech.
